Alexandra Pres has 25 years of experience in development cooperation, with a professional focus on WASH and local governance. She specializes in systemic capacity development, including organizational needs assessments, the design of CD action plans, and the development of quality management approaches, process descriptions, and quality assurance standards. With more than 22 years of expertise in adult learning methodologies, she has designed and implemented training programmes, coaching initiatives, and participatory workshops to enhance organizational capacities. Additionally, she has extensive experience in the appraisal and evaluation of projects. Her work involves close collaboration with national, regional, and international stakeholders to drive sustainable sectoral improvements, mainly in South-Eastern Europe, the MENA region and East African countries.
