  • Post Tsunami, there was a great need to manage huge quantity of waste. Skat undertook assessment to initiate decentralized community based waste management
  • Built the capacity of small private service providers and municipal, officials
  • Supported them in business and financial planning
  • Monitored the project outcomes and provided technical and managerial inputs throughout the project cycle
