Skat has been commissioned to design and prepare guidelines “Sphere for Evaluators” on how to use the Sphere Handbook in monitoring and evaluation activities. Developing a concept of guidance on how the Sphere standards relate to, and can be used in the design and implementation of evaluation activities. Formulation of recommendations on how to measure the Sphere standards – protection principles, core standards, and minimum standards. Providing help and useful examples on how to use Sphere key indicators in evaluations. The guide also includes a chapter on the ethics of carrying out evaluations.
