André Ullal has been engaged for more than 20 years in improving building practices and construction industry development in conflict-affected and developing economies, through roles spanning international organizations, academic institutions, and the private sector. Building on practical experience, his academic research has addressed economic and institutional conditions affecting construction in conflict-affected settings. He has expertise in building sustainability as well as construction industry development and governance, complemented by extensive experience in project planning, management, monitoring and evaluation.
