Delphine Magara, MA

Advisor Water Governance

Delphine Magara is a trained Anthropologist, holding a Master’s degree in Development Studies with a major in Sustainable Development. She specializes on local and transboundary water governance, bringing expertise in inclusion of marginalized populations. At Skat, Delphine is a backstopper of the Swiss Development Cooperation (SDC)’s thematic network on water (RésEAU). She facilitates peer-learning within SDC and its partner entities, through a variety of activities: webinars, workshops, compilation of news, capitalization of projects and facilitating learning journeys. Delphine has several years of experience in capacity-building in the water sector for young professionals and students in low-resource contexts.
