Frank Wiederkehr is member of the executive management of Skat Consulting Ltd. He has more than 15 years of experience as a professional in international development cooperation. He has in-depth knowledge among others in integrated water resource management and multi-level water governance. He is very familiar with the instruments of the project/programme cycle management and has wide-ranging expertise in backstopping, quality assurance, monitoring and evaluation of projects, context sensitive programme management, gender, good governance as well as in moderation and facilitation of workshops and conference sessions.
