Mirco Keller is a WASH and environmental management expert with over 12 years of international experience across humanitarian and development settings. He has extensive experience in programme design, monitoring and evaluation, and strategic review.

He has led major energy efficiency and WASH initiatives in Moldova, funded by the Swiss and Austrian development agencies, with responsibilities spanning logical framework development, monitoring systems, implementation oversight, and coordination of external evaluations. In addition to managing evaluation processes, he has also delivered independent external evaluations for donor-funded international programmes.

Mirco’s technical expertise covers water and sanitation systems, solid waste and faecal sludge management, energy efficiency in public and residential infrastructure, and climate and environmental risk assessments (including the CEDRIG methodology). He has a strong focus on capacity development, stakeholder engagement, and strategic management of multi-sector development projects.
