Tim Gamper

Tim has 25 years of experience in international development cooperation from more than 30 different countries around the globe. He has worked for donor organisations, project implementing organisations and is managing his own consulting company since the last 8 years, which allows him to understand different perspectives, needs and incentives along the international development cooperation delivery chain. His thematic expertise centres around local economic development (LED), SME and private sector development (PSD), vocational skills development (VSD)and market systems development (MSD). Tim has a strong track record in all processes along the full project management cycle, including project identification, planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation. He is an experienced facilitator of online and onsite workshops, learning and strategy events and is experience to manage and work with intercultural and interdisciplinary teams.
