Lucien Blaser holds a Bachelor in Geosciences and Environment, a Master in Development Studies, and a certificate in Geomatics. His 8+ years of experience in the water sector include long-term, in-country implementation of a water governance programme in Haiti with Helvetas on behalf of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC). He has strong thematic and methodological expertise in water governance, water resource management, and in systems strengthening approaches, programme design and implementation, as well as in monitoring, knowledge management, and network management and facilitation.
