Description of the Project:

The objectives of this mandate is to support Helvetas Swiss Intercooperation in both day-to-day routine of the management and in strategic work for the development of the network.

Skat’s main activities are: Organization of steering board & general assemblies; moderation of working groups; creating communication tools; customer acquisition & retention. Additionally, Skat supports the board to develop a vision and working out a realistic business model.

The following objectives have been set up by the Swiss Water Partnership:

  • Objective 1: mapping of thematic & geographic expertise of the members, survey on Capacity Development, supporting cross-sector dialogue, developing a smart website
  • Objective 2: successful Knowledge & Trade Fair with representatives of Development Banks, positive representation of SWP during World Water Week 2013 & 2014
  • Objective 3: engagement of the network in the post-MDG debates (consolidating a Swiss position)
