Olena Krylova has 25 years of working experience in developing, backstopping and evaluating projects and programs related to local governance, decentralized service provision, citizen engagement at different levels. She is also specializing in mainstreaming good governance and citizen engagement across different sectors, management of reforms and national level aid coordination systems design and implementation. She has been working for various muti and bi-lateral international development organizations, mainly in Eastern Europe, the countries of the former Soviet Union and South East Asia.
