Description of the Project:

In the framework of the SDC backstopping mandate RésEAUcumAGUASAN, Skat Consulting, together with its partners HELVETAS and Zoï Environment Network, support SDC in the administration and running of the RésEAU, SDC’s global network of water practitioners. The mandate’s function is to secure the quality of SDC’s water operations, promote innovative ways of capitalization and knowledge sharing and provide demand-driven support to the regional Sub-RésEAUs.

The main activities are:

  • The capitalization and documentation of experiences and knowledge, from SDC and partners, through regular updates on the network’s Shareweb platform
  • The communication and dissemination of water sector news through the bi-monthly publication of the RésEAU Updates
  • The networking and knowledge sharing at global and regional levels, through organisation of webinars, learning journeys and events on topics relevant to SDC operations.
  • The production of thematic RésEAU Briefs on selected subjects, as well as supporting the framing and publishing of Trend News that highlight emerging developments and innovative approaches in the water sector.
