Description of the Project:

Services provided by Skat: Preperation of draft regulations for the new Water Law in Moldova

Objective: To develop priority regulations regarding water sources quality that comply with the new water law and are coherent with European legislation and are passed for Governmental approval.

Activities: Preparation of draft guidelines for public consultation:

  • Preparatory works to collect and analyse all relevant information in preparation of the workshops
  • Prepare and conduct a start-up workshop and planning workshop
  • Drafting guidelines, revising and adapting drafts in working groups
  • Prepare final draft regulations for public consultation
  • Prepare final regulations based on comments received from public and official consultations
