Our continued engagement in Ukraine - now as SKAT Consulting Ukraine, LLC

SKAT has been a partner in the development of Ukraine for several decades, most recently for the decentralisation reform process through the DESPRO programme, 2014 - 2021. With the outbreak of war in 2022, our focus had to shift to repair and reconstruction. The foundation of strengthened local government and local partnerships helped us craft meaningful actions, together with other Swiss actors.

Today our work focuses on circular reconstruction, including the reuse of concrete, facilitating partnerships between Swiss and Ukrainian cities for the renovation of water infrastructure, and much more. We combine our core expertise across the Water, Energy, Building and Governance sectors to provide tailored solutions for the current and future reconstruction and development of Ukraine.  

SKAT Ukraine LLC will allow us to coordinate our ongoing efforts more effectively, respond to the needs of our partners, and foster partnerships that support the reconstruction of Ukraine.
